Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your participation in the FutureMasters text message (SMS) program (the "Service"). By opting in to receive text messages from FutureMasters, or by continuing to receive them, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. By participating, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

2. Consent to Receive Messages

By opting in, you expressly consent to receive recurring automated marketing text messages from FutureMasters at the mobile phone number you provided. Your consent is not a condition of any purchase. You may consent by replying a designated keyword, submitting your number through an authorized form, or verbally agreeing where indicated.

3. Message Content and Frequency

Messages may include marketing, promotional, and transactional content related to products, services, and events you opted in to hear about. We may send more than one message per day, though we intend to keep volume reasonable. You may opt out at any time under Section 5.

4. Message and Data Rates

Standard message and data rates may apply to you, depending on your wireless carrier and plan. You are solely responsible for any charges imposed by your carrier.

5. Opt-Out and Help

To stop receiving messages, reply STOP to any text from us. To request help or more information, reply HELP. Message and data rates may apply.

Opt-out is processed as promptly as technically feasible and typically takes effect immediately.
Once you opt out, you will not receive further promotional messages, except for transactional or otherwise legally required notices, or to confirm your opt-out.
Opting out does not affect any products or services you have already purchased.

6. A2P Compliance

Messages are sent through the application-to-person (A2P) 10DLC/short code framework and are registered with applicable carriers. You agree not to misuse the Service, including by attempting to disrupt message delivery or to use the Service for any unlawful purpose.

7. No Warranty

The Service and any content in our messages are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, completeness, merchantability, and fitness for a particular purpose. We do not guarantee that messages will be delivered at any particular time, or at all.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FutureMasters will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to the Service. Our total aggregate liability arising out of or related to the Service will not exceed the greater of $100 or the amount you paid us in connection with the relevant offering, if any.

9. Changes to the Service or These Terms

We may modify the Service or these Terms at any time. The current version is always posted on this page with an effective date. Your continued participation in the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in New York, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there.
